Which regions does Rhakitech serve?+
We are headquartered in Kampala and deliver projects across Uganda and the wider East African region. For maintenance contracts, coverage terms are defined per agreement.
Do you take on both design and installation?+
Yes. We work as a full-service engineering partner — design only, install to your consultant's design, or complete design-build with commissioning and maintenance.
How do I get a proposal?+
Use the Request a Proposal form on this site with as much detail as you have. Our engineering team responds within two business days, usually with clarifying questions before a site visit.
Do you offer emergency callout for non-contract clients?+
Contract clients receive priority, but we assist non-contract facilities where capacity allows. Call our support line and we will advise availability honestly.
