Grid tariffs and generator fuel were consuming a growing share of operating costs, and outages disrupted daytime business operations several times a month.

Approach

Thirty days of load logging built an accurate consumption profile. We modelled solar yield against the roof geometry, sized battery storage for critical circuits, and designed hybrid changeover logic integrating the existing generator.

Engineering Solution

A rooftop PV array with lithium storage now carries the daytime load, with seamless transfer to battery and generator backup. A monitoring platform tracks yield, consumption, and savings in real time.
